At New Wave, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Conditions
You may return an item if:
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging are included
❌ Items worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
We will provide return instructions once approved.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
